Russia has more of a system of morals and values because its been around longer and the people, despite the differences in ethnicities and race have had a longer time in a less free country, so you get in where you fit in, in the US , Civil rights are fairly new and Black people being in America is under 200 years old, , in Russia you don't have as much a choice in freedom so there is not as much of an oppurtunity to point fingers and scapegoat others, in the US, where there is a rich poor and middle class and where there is a liberal media telling black people that everything is the white mans fault and the 1%'s fault causes a rift of racial tension and hate more than anything else.
