if you are at all handy inclined you should just build one yourself, they can be pretty crazy expensive and you can build one for like 10% the cost and your cat will still love it

2019-05-27 20:01:21 UTC

Because amazon will get stolen probably

2019-05-27 20:53:33 UTC

What should I have for dinner ?

2019-05-27 21:24:25 UTC

I was thinking maybe food

2019-05-27 21:30:29 UTC

ramen

2019-05-27 21:34:31 UTC

Beans on toast

2019-05-27 21:34:47 UTC

2019-05-27 21:51:46 UTC

It has to be low carb

2019-05-27 21:53:06 UTC

oh right, keto?

2019-05-27 21:53:25 UTC

I thought you quit keto because it wasn't working

2019-05-27 21:56:38 UTC

Nah I'm still doing it.

2019-05-27 21:56:49 UTC

I was going to if it wasn't working.

2019-05-27 21:56:59 UTC

I was going to switch to pizzas pasta and ice cream

2019-05-27 21:58:06 UTC

Mate, I really think you have this diet thing backwards if you think eating ice cream and pizza on a regular basis is going to mean weight loss without a lot of exercise

2019-05-27 21:59:37 UTC

No you misunderstand. If keto wasn't working then I may as well be eating those foods rather than high fat low carb stuff

2019-05-27 22:00:23 UTC

Give up completely you mean?

2019-05-27 22:00:43 UTC

Not just keto, but the diet at all?

2019-05-27 22:05:29 UTC

If you just watch calories you will lose weight. Junk foods will have a higher calorie rating. Depending on your height and weight, aim for a certain amount per day

2019-05-27 22:06:09 UTC

Nah it's more than just calories. I also need to keep my sugar intake low.

2019-05-27 22:06:15 UTC

This will help

2019-05-27 22:10:02 UTC

It may be more difficult to find foods to eat with lower sugar as well, but reducing the calorie intake goes hand in and with that in a lot of cases

2019-05-27 22:20:51 UTC

Sometimes I miss sweet foods like fruit

2019-05-28 00:33:10 UTC

You don’t eat fruit?

2019-05-28 00:45:30 UTC

No

2019-05-28 00:45:36 UTC

Too much sugar and carbs

2019-05-28 01:02:56 UTC

There is a difference between sugar in fruits and added sugar in sweets and chocolates

2019-05-28 01:04:43 UTC

Isn't it all glucose ?

2019-05-28 01:04:57 UTC

Isn't an apple bad for a diabetic jsut like candy?

2019-05-28 01:05:46 UTC

I hope one day to have a normal diet consisting mostly of veggies and fruits but I fear it may be too late.

2019-05-28 01:14:38 UTC

If you're diabetic then I wouldn't know. I only mentioned it because you gave the reason 'too much sugar and carbs' rather than diabetes.

2019-05-28 01:15:08 UTC

I used to have a veggie steamer and I would buy all kinds of fresh veggies and throw them all in and sprinkle a little cheese on top and eat it for dinner.

2019-05-28 01:18:02 UTC

How much would you have though? Managing calorie intake at meals to determine your ideal portion size is important. Even if something is healthy, or fits in with your prescribed diet, you can still eat too much of it. Eating till you feel full doesn't work

2019-05-28 01:18:31 UTC

It was a decent portion.

2019-05-28 01:18:51 UTC

Way less calories than I burned off during my workouts

2019-05-28 01:20:54 UTC

If you were expending more than you consume then your body should be burning fat to compensate and losing you weight. If you've focused on workouts over exercise though some of that may be mitigated by muscle gain

2019-05-28 01:21:33 UTC

I was losing weight. I got to a bottom though weightwise.

2019-05-28 01:22:05 UTC

Where I didn't need to lose any more weight. It was more about overall health.

2019-05-28 01:23:46 UTC

Am I just misremembering previous chats >.<

2019-05-28 01:23:59 UTC

I swear you were saying you needed to- or did you gain again?
