if you are at all handy inclined you should just build one yourself, they can be pretty crazy expensive and you can build one for like 10% the cost and your cat will still love it
Because amazon will get stolen probably
What should I have for dinner ?
I was thinking maybe food
ramen
Beans on toast
It has to be low carb
oh right, keto?
I thought you quit keto because it wasn't working
Nah I'm still doing it.
I was going to if it wasn't working.
I was going to switch to pizzas pasta and ice cream
Mate, I really think you have this diet thing backwards if you think eating ice cream and pizza on a regular basis is going to mean weight loss without a lot of exercise
No you misunderstand. If keto wasn't working then I may as well be eating those foods rather than high fat low carb stuff
Give up completely you mean?
Not just keto, but the diet at all?
If you just watch calories you will lose weight. Junk foods will have a higher calorie rating. Depending on your height and weight, aim for a certain amount per day
Nah it's more than just calories. I also need to keep my sugar intake low.
It may be more difficult to find foods to eat with lower sugar as well, but reducing the calorie intake goes hand in and with that in a lot of cases
Sometimes I miss sweet foods like fruit
You don’t eat fruit?
No
Too much sugar and carbs
There is a difference between sugar in fruits and added sugar in sweets and chocolates
Isn't it all glucose ?
Isn't an apple bad for a diabetic jsut like candy?
I hope one day to have a normal diet consisting mostly of veggies and fruits but I fear it may be too late.
If you're diabetic then I wouldn't know. I only mentioned it because you gave the reason 'too much sugar and carbs' rather than diabetes.
I used to have a veggie steamer and I would buy all kinds of fresh veggies and throw them all in and sprinkle a little cheese on top and eat it for dinner.
How much would you have though? Managing calorie intake at meals to determine your ideal portion size is important. Even if something is healthy, or fits in with your prescribed diet, you can still eat too much of it. Eating till you feel full doesn't work
It was a decent portion.
Way less calories than I burned off during my workouts
If you were expending more than you consume then your body should be burning fat to compensate and losing you weight. If you've focused on workouts over exercise though some of that may be mitigated by muscle gain
I was losing weight. I got to a bottom though weightwise.
Where I didn't need to lose any more weight. It was more about overall health.
Am I just misremembering previous chats >.<
I swear you were saying you needed to- or did you gain again?
