Bosnia is so retarded that it has two separate railway administrations. everything in the country is bifurcated between the Republika Srpska (the Serb part) and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the Bosniak/Croat part)

I think Matt said on a stream once that the only time that area wasn’t a basket case was when a strong man was in place (The Ottomans, Austro-Hungary etc). In this case I’d support Italy making them satellite states.
