That was a great show - the last thing in the world i would have predicted is a Heimbach/cantwell attempted redemption arc, who the hell would want a slice of that trainwreck?
I now understand why they have little illustrations on packets of AAA batteries instructing me not to eat the batteries. I kind of feel like that last podcast was similar, a necessary service exercising a duty of care to inform people against doing something that ought to be obvious but apparently isn’t. And just like the safety illustration of the little stick-man necking a fistful of batteries it will only influence the top 10% of potential battery eaters at most.
I put cantwell’s mugshot through faceapp and gave him comeover-bangs and a goofy grin, alternate timeline Cantwell looks like a good-natured doofus who runs a podcast on comic books or something

Hell, even @mattforney got the fuck out of Chicago. Even Matt Heimbach had the sense to live in Paoli, where nobody cares if you're a "nazi" and any Antifa that tried to start shit would get shot, possibly by the cops themselves.
It's still close enough that some member of the goon squad could make an attempt. There's probably a fair amount of Antifa in Rogers Park, cheap enough they could live there on a barista wage, but gentrifying.
