Well really they are talking about June extension etc @lmbd but this does not sound confirmed sounds like smoke screens and really we leave still on march 29th ? What u think @lucid ? So personal view March 29th is still as planned or we would not need a army the following day .. and really it’s probably a EU army to blitz us
The April extension is unconditional, whereas the May one is conditional on her passing her Surrender Agreement. In order to do either Legislation MUST be passed, at least a Statuary Instrument, But the Article 50 exit date of 29/3 can only be moved if it is replaced by another date. If they move to revoke Article 50 they could not enact it again the ECJ had already ruled on that previously a few months back.
I've not as yest read anywhere about any legislation. But remainers could try tag amendments onto the upcoming 3rd vote on her deal if it is allowed to be voted on. There is chatter that Bercow wants a condition of it being an agreement to a Losers Vote. Either way that would be rigged. as it would either be May's deal V Remain. (No real Leave option). Or a 3 way with Remain V WTO exit V May's deal. Thus splitting the leave Vote. But the remain option is nonsense as everything is about to change re the EU. The new army, everyone being forced to adopt Euro. Loss of vetos and adoption of new laws from the Lisbon treaty coming in by 2020.

Hard to say because to me it seems like they have found a route around every single law and people say the Magna Carta was rewritten in 2015 not sure on that .. but the general feeling to me is these cunts just pass whatever they want and we have no say .. better waiting on @lucid response on that one

From my understanding in the USA FDR rewrote the constitution of the USA and the top levels keep it instead of our real Constitution. Same thing happened in the UK but earlier. Constant changes thereafter all kept secret from We The People.

Most of the amendments that have been voted on previously that are tagged onto the vote on the Surrender Agreement have been NON BINDING so no legal force. They are merely indications or opinions of political will. Just like votes in the UN general Assembly. Sometimes though a backbench MP may have written a piece of legislation with an amendment. If the speaker allows that to be voted on and it passes then it could become law if it passes through all the subsequent stages without being struck out. That is what they are planning with Hillary Benn I believe in over to take order the process from the govt.
