hey, i normally post things of interest or looks funny in both good and bad ways
i wouldn't consider this a reliable source, but it does pose an interesting question
'justice dept declared war on journalism' 'this case will decide the future of media' since when is it written in the bill of rights that journalism = media
1a lists protection of free press, it doesn't list protections of media sources posing as free press when they're really not
we used to have liability clauses and cases when the 'free press' publishes unproven articles that ruin lives when proven to be false
somewhere at a certain point, they got ignored or denied from the courts to protect the accused from liability and false accusations til proven in a court of law
