I just dont want people indoctrinating people into their mental states, its an individuals journey... its like drug addicts getting other people to do the drugs so they feel better about doing the drugs themselves... thats problematic on so many levels
and laws to support a small demographic is bs, it should be wide laws that support and benifit everyone
eg.
law against being mean to black people because its racist
vs.
law against discrimination of people based on skill color
see how that works? it allows everyone to benifit not just allowing one to gain victim status and warp it to their advantage
My experience in active military affirms a belief that people who display aberrant sexual tendencies are not fit for the rigors of a highly disciplined military environment. This is not an absolute however, but the clear majority of sexual subcultures during the 1980's in the active duty Air Force were not fit to serve. This is not to say they were not good people, just that sexual orientation is so basic to social interaction that it creates problems in the social fabric of the military environment when people act out with disregard for the proprieties of that social interaction. In the military, these proprieties are known and are exacerbated as compared to the civilian sector. There is a history and a culture at risk, which places the military social fabric (moral) in jeopardy and, thereby, military effectiveness.

Desimated. In the New Mexico "Constitution", Legislators have redefined "victims" in such a way that a potential victim is considered a victim and is protected. So, one does not have to BE a victim, only be the First To Claim victimhood. There is a Maxim of Law which states "First in time, first in law." I believe, but do not know for sure, that this was at the onset of "Family Law" in New Mexico, and an undermining of natural law. "First in time, first in law" only means that it is the defendant which must overcome the initial presumption(s) (in the complaint), and does not create rights, only a law process The problem is that New Mexico "courts" throw "contempt" around like candy on Halloween. It's hard to defend oneself while in the hooskow, and afterwords, your reputation gives you undesired "street cred".
well got 3 options ..2 of them as solutions
1 . let the trans have their own weight class
2. sort the trans weight lifters by what gender they were before going trans
option 2 is the best one imo, option 1 is remainder option
option 4 - declare all medals in the future to be genderless so only those that lift the most get the award
could be male or female, could be trans or not ...just takes out all the whiners out of the ranks of the medal owners

Making statutes to accomodate the minority at the expense of the majority is not democracy, and countermanding your constituency defeats legislators' Oath(s) of Office to protect and preserve the Constitution, (this is where we ask "By what authority?") , and violates the natural law (of the land) found in the Declaration of Independence and the Bible. No accomodation should be made in order to create divisiveness (subcultures) destructive of the common good and offensive, as a topic of public discourse.
