It appears to be static intel - I just checked the 14 pages of Q drops that it shows for GAC and it only goes through 3/29/19 still. This is where it was back when they tried to expose many key servers (not just GAC). Good to be aware and after what I went through with last head mod, people should understand that unirock and his ilk are the Big Brother folks, not those of us deleting fake news/posts to protect the integrity of the servers and not mislead the public that has access.
