@CappyK we just define what we want to do in our life,
and I think self improvement is one of the best things a man could do
it also helps to prepare us for what is coming in the future
while any of these addictions will sabotage our future ...
also I'm getting rid of my porn addiction || (actually more like replacing it with anime tiddies , but whatever <:har:480186132298989569> )||
and the addictions work quite similar,
the moment any addictive substance enters your body, it creates a craving for more after the effects wear off (all that dopamine effects stuff in the brain, etc)
and this means, it's very easy to fall slowly into that pit
substance addictions require you actively spending money on this stuff, so that's at least some barrier,
while porn is mostly free
(and that can actually be applied to computer games, too)
so yeah, my stance with that stuff is, better just stay away from it in the first place,
helps you to prevent a lot of headaches in the future
