What drives me nuts it Rey and Captain Marvels characters. In both cases they acted like they each were somehow the first female lead role in a movie ever and both were shit in the role portrayed. Meanwhile we've had women in film and TV for decades leading the show

Rey is a horrible character, total Mary Sue. That said, there are many other female star wars characters that I like.
