Ok, just changed computers. I am going to websites to reset my access and passwords. Should it bother me that when I arrived at Microshaft, they had already changed over my account to my new computer?
Answer my question then: How come it was ruled that California cannot ban high-capacity magazines?
Go pull that case, Presser and then research the "Doctrine of Incorporation" and you will see what I mean
what is a high capacity? I had a standard in Kalifornia and didn't care cause if it was found that I had a magazine that was in violation of their laws... well lets say that was the least of my problems. fuck Kalifornia. I did obey the rest of there laws.
ban HC mags. They can band them all they want for shipping and handling.
I'd like an answer.
When was that case heard?
Sorry, 😉
2020.
You mean, like the answer you never gave me?
I did.
If you forgot.
"Citizen" "Citizen" "Citizen"
Ok... well duh.... yes as I said.... the 2nd Amendment was applied via the 14th Amendment
So YES... NOW... since the 14th Amendment the SCOTUS has incorporated all of the first 8 Amendments
Presser was in the 1800s
I mean, if you get to ignore earlier precedent, I can ignore your earlier precedent, just saying.
i don't get this crap about he 14th? What part are you talking about?
I didn't ignore anything... I don't think an earlier precedent exists that says what you think it does... but in any event it was not ME that ignored it (if it exists) it was the SCOTUS
Pull the PResser case... Im just 25... I was not around in 1866
I've literally shown you multiple instances of the founding fathers' statements.
Multiple of them, different fathers.
if you want to appeal to originalism, go to the source.
Not what you want the source to be.
I understand that you believe the 2nd Amendment applied to the States the day it was written. The Supreme Court has disagreed with you in several cases up until it was "incorporated"
Read the Presser case if you dont believe me
Don't take my word for it
Cool, but this again, does not go to the actual source of the constitution.
"I wanna be a chairborne ranger, coffee cup my only danger" ...
Oh, wait. I am. 15 cups today and I will be awake now until Sunday after next .
Look... I am not an idiot... but I am also not a Supreme Court Justice... what I am telling you is what THEY RULED over and over and over again for YEARS... until they finally incorporated the 2nd (and other amendments in the bill of rights) via The Doctrine of Incorporation)

There is a desire by subordinate levels of government to monopolize the power of violence, and restrain it from the highest level of governing authority - the people.
@Maw ... I have NEVER seen ANY SCOTUS rule that the 2nd Amendment applied to the States the moment it was ratified. That has simply never happened.
If you think I am wrong locate the case.
I have provided you several that back up exactly what I am saying.
BTW - Very good discussion today between Eric Weinstein and Glenn Beck on the Glenn Beck show.
NONE of the first 10 Amendments applied to the States until the started with the "Doctrine of Incorporation"
Again, you're appealing to SCOTUS rulings when we're talking about originalism.
Stop doing that.
Go to the source of the documents.
