Well.. Not anymore. Justice is political now, and has been for a while
AIDS doesn't kill you anymore. But you have to get on expensive meds for the rest of your life. The only reasons to decriminalize secretly spreading AIDS to people is enriching Big Pharma, and increases a physical and financial burden on society. There are no benefits.
I believe spreading AIDS should be still considered murder.. Because it pretty much is

AIDS is still a life sentence for the person who gets. Yes, I agree. It's a big deal.
