my own personal theory (one of them) is that we allow ourselves to be entertained into oblivion.

The big tech companies have pretty sharp, deep-setting hooks.

We all can forget how blessed we really are from time to time. I count my blessings for they are many. I try to be an optimist 🙂

My dad died 3 years ago, and he still comes to me in my dreams, nearly every single night.

The anniversary of his death is in a week.

He used to take off on a dreary day and give full afterburner, pull back and fly straight up through the clouds.

he wouldn't stop until he saw the sun

sometimes, he would even just keep flying straight up

until he stalled
