2019-09-07 14:05:55 UTC

My boys I see we are discussing some serious topic here

2019-09-07 14:09:02 UTC

Insane females? Not really that serious

2019-09-07 14:15:06 UTC

my slavic boy

2019-09-07 14:15:21 UTC

that was an easy battle brother

2019-09-07 14:28:04 UTC

This is a topic we discussed last night, but since there are different faces here it dawned on me to ask the topic once again. Would you guys be in favour of legislature that instates cheating (strictly in the cases of marriage/common law) as a crime?

2019-09-07 14:31:16 UTC

If we treat marriage as any other deal, protected by law, than there should be law restriction.

personally i think that marriage should not be linked with state, only with religion

2019-09-07 14:34:00 UTC

wouldn't people just cheat more because of it?

2019-09-07 14:35:02 UTC

kinda like when prohibition was in place, (not very well read on specifics) but wasnt there a lot more consumption of alcohol through illegal means?

2019-09-07 14:35:21 UTC

present situation when marriage is the only deal not protected but regulated is the worst solution i think

2019-09-07 14:37:47 UTC

this is why gay marriage is a thing, if we would have a situation when state doesnt care about marriage, then there would not be this issue

2019-09-07 14:37:52 UTC

If the cheaters get caught and prosecuted it would probably help men who are already married, but given how court favor the female more than the male, I am not sure it would help much. I'm not even sure if it would encourage women to stick with their man and vice versa, but that's just what i think

2019-09-07 14:46:46 UTC

I think abolishing marriage altogether would be a better idea

2019-09-07 14:53:00 UTC

The question was meant to be taken as a thought experiment where we suspend disbelief, but still the answers are adequate. I’m with @Baron Doom on marriage should just be abolished.

2019-09-07 15:07:54 UTC

If 2 people want to mate and be a couple its their buisness, not goverments

2019-09-07 15:13:51 UTC

The goverment should stand down in that matter

2019-09-07 15:15:22 UTC

Hello Gentlemen

2019-09-07 15:16:33 UTC

Abolish the 19th at the same time marriage is abolished and then we are talking.

2019-09-07 15:17:33 UTC

Hell, abolish the whole government while we are at it. Problem solved

2019-09-07 15:18:18 UTC

Good morning, gentlemen.

2019-09-07 15:20:03 UTC

Good morning mate

2019-09-07 15:23:59 UTC

@Baron Doom who controls the army then? or courts? laws?

2019-09-07 15:24:35 UTC

Sure not the government who control them now

2019-09-07 15:24:50 UTC

I mean

2019-09-07 15:25:04 UTC

you HAvE to have some government

2019-09-07 15:25:22 UTC

Besides the courts are supposed to be independent of the government

2019-09-07 15:26:16 UTC

You need some rules, not necessarily a government

2019-09-07 15:26:18 UTC

But you have to have taxation to pay for the courts

2019-09-07 15:26:32 UTC

for that you need a govt

2019-09-07 15:26:47 UTC

That is what court fees are for

2019-09-07 15:26:49 UTC

As much as I like the Idea

2019-09-07 15:26:55 UTC

@Xychotic hey
That's an unusually late morning <:pikasmirk:565424846956265474>
