I'm asking your age because if you're young, I have a different solution than if you're old.
Part of overcoming a problem is knowing the problem
And identifying what the opponent is trying to do.
Ok lets say im young
What is your solution?
Sup guys
Sup.
For a teenager, I strongly suggest exhausting discipline.
Why you guys have to be right.
After a year, an ex contacts me.
Acts cold, wants me to help with her dogs.
Offers money.
Then acts cold
For a young adult, I recommend studying philosophy, maybe buddhism, existentialism, and focusing on your work.
I played the simp card
Pushed her away
For a later adult, all of the above but don't be afraid to use some of your resources to break frame. Go exploring, take a vacation, change up your scenery.
I am rebuilding my old disciplines ive lost
Waking up early, eating healthier, meditating and working out.
Accepting that you can’t unsee the truth, is the biggest hurdle in life
That's a good place. Add reading to your discipline, but focus on philosophy.
Mm
Ive also been practicing my guitar everyday since i started rebuilding the discipline
I dont want to put too much on my plate
How many of these things improve your self control over your rage?
Havnt really focused on Carpentry
Its helped a lot these past few weeks
Its not possible to get rid of it entirely
But I havnt really argued or fought with anyone, but ive also just been focusing on myself
Write this stuff on paper.
Not anymore.
I still need to rebuild my badly deconditioned body.
Rome wasnt built in a day
It didn't fall in a day either
What exactly should i write? The dicplines and their effects on my self control?
Yes.
Also what you want to achieve with these pursuits.
