A veto proof majority is 2/3 of the senate but can still veto by president. The senate can override the president but it has only happened 111 times in history and so far they have never over ridden a trump veto.

I highly doubt he uses mil. At all. That makes him look more desperate. He may use it for other things but for the election He will battle it out in court and by all constitutional means.

I agree but i think the state legislature contesting and send alternate sets of electors is already enough.
