i desire freedom. i place it above everything else. i cannot feasably have the level of freedom i want right now so ill make due with just ghosting. but in a post collapse situation i would.have freedom and it would take more than anyone can afford. freedom to survive and thrive. or die and fail on my own

but i refuse to just be a burden. i dont like that idea.

I better be smart enough to gather enough resources to make somebody taking care of me worth it at that point. which i intend to do. collapse or not.

You invested most of your assets in raising them and provide value as grandparents, e. G. By taking care of grandkids, while your kids are working etc...
