Inform yourself on the phases, prepare for them accordingly, ghost any females in your life, distance yourself from social media and consider how you might self-actualize.
I just moved away from my entire family/girlfriend. I took a better paying job ($85k) so turning over a new leaf. I am going to pay off the $10k in debt I owe, pay off my car ($5k) and get serious about investing. I will be living alone for the first time ever, too.
I really don't like the female bashing because I do think it's a lot of misguided anger. I am indifferent about females on the whole now. I just want to understand and better play the game.

1. Pay off your debt.
2. Build an emergency fund, 6 months of gross salary or $10k
3. Take advantage of any 401k matching your employer offers
I guess I just have one question for now: I feel like if I don't have long term relationships I will face extreme loneliness but I grew up really badly and know how people can be together and yet feel immense loneliness. How do I remain non-bitter, focused and happy while following my own path?
