It was hard for the first few years, living with that much blood on your hands no matter if you were right or wrong is very difficult.

When it comes to writing, programming, sketching/design - I prefer to do them alone. or with minimal social input.

@shababat I've never had that hard of a life. The most I dealt with was abuse/ street fights. Nothing like a war.

In a community you want to have all people deeply invested. All must work except for the feeble and elderly. Don't worry, you have time to prepare yourself for the tests ahead, I did not have such luxury. My life was much like yours in peacetime.

I hate the easy life. I try to make it hard by living minimally/frugally and testing my comfort at all times.

The most important lessons would be situational awareness, now I'm not saying do you need to do circles and make yourself dizzy, you just need to be aware of your surroundings and constantly evaluate exit routes, positions for cover and learn the difference between cover and concealment.

I live minimally because it is the easy life.

Everything is impermanent and thots just burn you, why want more then needed I say.

I am fairly minimalist, I do have my ham radios but that hobby was born from war torn Bosnia, where your next breath depended on knowing what was coming and their weaknesses

Learn what building materials can stop which calibers, mostly understand nature of your fellow man, and woman. Women rapidly learn that sex is their only asset, they get tossed around encampments like ragdoll. It was sad because those women were not western women. they were caring mothers and daughters who lived and loved right, not like today.. not the "women" of today...

I have killed rapists with my bare hands, but these western women aren't worth the effort. They will soon learn the mistakes they made. It will be a very sad day.
