UK Suburbia doesn't teach a lot

I love it. I have Polish/Russian heritage but my great-grandparents never really passed on the legacy.

Slava Polska

@THE FISH In the USA, the trades are booming because people are weak so the hard jobs are in need.

2019-05-27 18:35:02 UTC

Do something you like but if you like McDonald's I strongly recommend against that approach, do something technical.. I am a telecommunications engineer, free education after I served in the US Army, I did my time and it went a long way to assure my citizenship. I love USA, I just don't like the people ruling it.

I'm a fucking data analyst with goals of doing data science so I am a pussy compared to tradesmen 😉

2019-05-27 18:36:22 UTC

plus all the boomers are retiring and no young people coming in to replace them

2019-05-27 18:36:30 UTC

all young people told to go to college

2019-05-27 18:36:42 UTC

and get a degree in psychology

2019-05-27 18:36:43 UTC

The battle hardened guerrilla fighter in me still chastises me for working with my mind and not with my hands but I provide for myself and was able to move my parents and three cousins into a cabin on my property, it was worth it.

2019-05-27 18:36:55 UTC

What does the wifu wars imply exactly?

2019-05-27 18:37:11 UTC

Sounds good it's just getting settled there, I'll just have to figure that out

2019-05-27 18:37:26 UTC

Can I get your take on some social groups I should find? I am thinking martial arts (brazilian jiu jitsu), shooting club (pistol/rifle), hiking meetups, board game meetups or maybe even attending a church or study group.

2019-05-27 18:37:59 UTC

@shababat Good on you. I never had a strong family bond so I am envious.

2019-05-27 18:38:03 UTC

whatever hobbies/ passions you find yourself doing will attract same people

2019-05-27 18:38:05 UTC

BJJ is a great martial art. I learned it during the war.

2019-05-27 18:38:14 UTC

shooting, kayaking, working out

2019-05-27 18:38:27 UTC

Church is cucked don't bother, they don't preach the true word anymore

2019-05-27 18:38:33 UTC

Oh kayaking is cool...

2019-05-27 18:38:40 UTC

Just look at the pope washing migrants' feet

2019-05-27 18:38:48 UTC

Kissing sorry

2019-05-27 18:38:58 UTC

Or whatever he did

2019-05-27 18:39:00 UTC

Yeah, I will skip the church for now. I do miss the community sometimes. I had strong relationships in my old city.

2019-05-27 18:39:10 UTC

Shooting can get hella expensive lol

2019-05-27 18:39:13 UTC

I did not have a strong family bond until after my family served in the Guerrilla War that destroyed the murderous dogs flat would have committed genocide against my people

2019-05-27 18:39:50 UTC

@shababat I can't imagine that pain. You made it out alive!

2019-05-27 18:40:14 UTC

What are some other good manly hobbies/habits that I can share with a community?

2019-05-27 18:40:35 UTC

It was hard for the first few years, living with that much blood on your hands no matter if you were right or wrong is very difficult.

2019-05-27 18:40:35 UTC

When it comes to writing, programming, sketching/design - I prefer to do them alone. or with minimal social input.

2019-05-27 18:40:46 UTC

@shababat I can't even imagine.

2019-05-27 18:41:04 UTC

Bee keeping and gardening isn't necessarily manly but it's useful

2019-05-27 18:41:11 UTC

@shababat I've never had that hard of a life. The most I dealt with was abuse/ street fights. Nothing like a war.

2019-05-27 18:42:12 UTC

In a community you want to have all people deeply invested. All must work except for the feeble and elderly. Don't worry, you have time to prepare yourself for the tests ahead, I did not have such luxury. My life was much like yours in peacetime.

2019-05-27 18:43:06 UTC

How much time is the question

2019-05-27 18:43:29 UTC

@shababat I look forward to it.

2019-05-27 18:43:48 UTC

I hate the easy life. I try to make it hard by living minimally/frugally and testing my comfort at all times.

2019-05-27 18:43:54 UTC

The most important lessons would be situational awareness, now I'm not saying do you need to do circles and make yourself dizzy, you just need to be aware of your surroundings and constantly evaluate exit routes, positions for cover and learn the difference between cover and concealment.

2019-05-27 18:44:23 UTC

I live minimally because it is the easy life.

2019-05-27 18:45:13 UTC

Everything is impermanent and thots just burn you, why want more then needed I say.

2019-05-27 18:45:28 UTC

@shababat Conceal would be hiding and cover would be guarding right?
