im glad i found mgtow and didnt get screwed over

2019-06-02 21:00:03 UTC

good for you

2019-06-02 21:00:14 UTC

Better to learn from the mistakes of others rather than making them yourself.

2019-06-02 21:00:19 UTC

if u hate your instructor you wont have a good time

2019-06-02 21:00:38 UTC

but if you get excited to go then you'll rise up quickly

2019-06-02 21:00:40 UTC

@shadowlessnexus do you think you could talk with hermit on the show how in thoses 6 years of traveling you learned some MGTOW stuff, what do you think, and btw I can't see topic request

2019-06-02 21:00:55 UTC

Canada vs Korea

2019-06-02 21:01:12 UTC

But i thought tough love is something to seek rather than compassion and a person willing to help you? @DankChum

2019-06-02 21:01:20 UTC

@Ahzora welcome welcome

2019-06-02 21:01:26 UTC

Just like you would know how the workplace is shit. If they aren’t creative in teaching students different way on learning a skill then they’re in it for the money more so than passing the knowledge.

2019-06-02 21:02:24 UTC

@Sparky tough love is different than being sabotaged because they like someone else more.
if you are going into martial arts for discipline, you'll know right away whether there is respect between or not

2019-06-02 21:02:36 UTC

Your instructor isn’t your friend.

2019-06-02 21:02:45 UTC

Well i assume that i would be fucked if i purchased a lesson on a particular martial art and then find out that the teacher is useless. Basically causing me to lower the amount of money i have.

2019-06-02 21:02:51 UTC

my instructor had mental issues @YuriBezmenov

2019-06-02 21:03:18 UTC

The guy I wanted to train with was apparently a loopy motherfucker.

2019-06-02 21:03:28 UTC

Thats a shame @DankChum

2019-06-02 21:03:35 UTC

But when I trained in tae kwon do, it was the master's B-side studio. Basically baby sitting.

2019-06-02 21:03:50 UTC

Except his daughters. Those chicks could wreck you... if you were made of paper.

2019-06-02 21:03:57 UTC

They were weak af. As you'd expect from a chick.

2019-06-02 21:03:58 UTC

HOLY SHIT

2019-06-02 21:04:02 UTC

yeah the guy I trained under knew his stuff but had brain damage I think through his training

2019-06-02 21:04:06 UTC

I've been struck with *cravings*

2019-06-02 21:04:18 UTC

Cravings for what?

2019-06-02 21:04:23 UTC

carbs

2019-06-02 21:04:33 UTC

When was your last meal?

2019-06-02 21:04:38 UTC

two hours ago

2019-06-02 21:04:49 UTC

Do you have splenda or stevia handy?

2019-06-02 21:05:02 UTC

What kind of injures is a person likely to receive if he entered any of the martial arts that you have trained in?

2019-06-02 21:05:21 UTC

You might be able to curb the craving with some bulletproof coffee or "bulletproof cocoa"

2019-06-02 21:05:23 UTC

you're unlikely to get anything but maybe a broken bone if things get out of hand

2019-06-02 21:05:29 UTC

I don't

2019-06-02 21:05:33 UTC

sparring is fun and not too dangerous @Sparky

2019-06-02 21:05:47 UTC

tae kwon do's most likely injuries are going to be joints and ligaments if you don't prehab properly.

2019-06-02 21:05:51 UTC

i got my knees a bit fucked up a couple times

2019-06-02 21:05:58 UTC

but nothing serious

2019-06-02 21:06:05 UTC

They otherwise train with plenty of padding.

2019-06-02 21:06:05 UTC

Am not keen on having a broken bone because of some nigga was being an asshole.

2019-06-02 21:06:06 UTC

also the joints in my fingers are still weird

2019-06-02 21:06:06 UTC

ALWAYS ALWAYS stretch before going in btw

2019-06-02 21:06:16 UTC

You might get a charlie horse or, if you're really unlucky, a concussion.

2019-06-02 21:06:19 UTC

just from repetitive punches
