im glad i found mgtow and didnt get screwed over
good for you
Better to learn from the mistakes of others rather than making them yourself.
if u hate your instructor you wont have a good time
but if you get excited to go then you'll rise up quickly
@shadowlessnexus do you think you could talk with hermit on the show how in thoses 6 years of traveling you learned some MGTOW stuff, what do you think, and btw I can't see topic request
Canada vs Korea
But i thought tough love is something to seek rather than compassion and a person willing to help you? @DankChum
@Ahzora welcome welcome
Just like you would know how the workplace is shit. If they aren’t creative in teaching students different way on learning a skill then they’re in it for the money more so than passing the knowledge.
@Sparky tough love is different than being sabotaged because they like someone else more.
if you are going into martial arts for discipline, you'll know right away whether there is respect between or not
Your instructor isn’t your friend.
Well i assume that i would be fucked if i purchased a lesson on a particular martial art and then find out that the teacher is useless. Basically causing me to lower the amount of money i have.
my instructor had mental issues @YuriBezmenov
The guy I wanted to train with was apparently a loopy motherfucker.
Thats a shame @DankChum
But when I trained in tae kwon do, it was the master's B-side studio. Basically baby sitting.
Except his daughters. Those chicks could wreck you... if you were made of paper.
They were weak af. As you'd expect from a chick.
HOLY SHIT
I've been struck with *cravings*
Cravings for what?
carbs
When was your last meal?
two hours ago
Do you have splenda or stevia handy?
What kind of injures is a person likely to receive if he entered any of the martial arts that you have trained in?
You might be able to curb the craving with some bulletproof coffee or "bulletproof cocoa"
you're unlikely to get anything but maybe a broken bone if things get out of hand
I don't
tae kwon do's most likely injuries are going to be joints and ligaments if you don't prehab properly.
i got my knees a bit fucked up a couple times
but nothing serious
They otherwise train with plenty of padding.
Am not keen on having a broken bone because of some nigga was being an asshole.
also the joints in my fingers are still weird
ALWAYS ALWAYS stretch before going in btw
You might get a charlie horse or, if you're really unlucky, a concussion.
just from repetitive punches
