I spend $12k annually currently lol. This is my “retired” spending.

Instead of 1500/mo for an apartment, you can get a place extremely close to work, hopefully for $900, then amend a chunk of that for a gym membership at a gym with all the amenities you like.

Oh yeah, this is post-work and me working on my own business(es).

I could hit this point by 30-33 if I bust ass.

Itachi was livestreaming bragging about his success in selling personal growth programs. he made a comment which got back to Mr. Jones or some shit and was mistakened as a dig. Mr. Jones put up a roast on Itachi saying all sorts of damaging shit to the point where Itachi lost a big part to his identity. He started going through some phases, talking about how he has become a different person. Not too long later he was getting fucked up YT algorithm so he told us he was making a new channel. I don't know how long the new channel survived, but he also deleted it without warning. No one's seems to have heard from him since.
