I think climate change is real. In my opinion you can see it in observable reality. However what the left isn't saying is that most green energy technologies cost more in fossil fuel energy and building materials than they save.

I mean the government isn't really investing in discovering ways to make it more cost effective but c'est la vie i suppose.

I spend $12k annually currently lol. This is my “retired” spending.

I can’t get it higher than this because I honestly don’t need it ... like $300/mo is a bunch of steak every night lol.

Instead of 1500/mo for an apartment, you can get a place extremely close to work, hopefully for $900, then amend a chunk of that for a gym membership at a gym with all the amenities you like.

Oh yeah, this is post-work and me working on my own business(es).

I could hit this point by 30-33 if I bust ass.
