My rule for car buying was simple: 6 cylinder, powerful AC, decent handling

Because anything less than 6 cylinders is goddamn unbearably weak.

I prefer my home.

But, then again, I've never owned a tasty car that I really enjoyed.

And, well, I did a lot of driving when I did security work and I grew to resent it.

My cousin loves "going for a drive"

To me, the drive is merely the time spent to get to the destination.

I'd rather walk in a park over take a drive.

I drove trucks for 3 years. Grew to resent it for awhile, but then I learned how to strip a car down to bolts and rebuild it. Rekindled that flame in a heartbeat.

My dad helped me dislike cars and cooking.

If you find a car you actually have fun in — not fancy or expensive or the like, but *fun* — you might reassess it.

Now I hate cooking but I'm really good at it.

I would be willing to bet I'd be in a similar spot with cars.

Were I in a position to do anything with them.
