Occasionally forget to do my workout routine though because the waifu laifu is demanding.
Although I have cut down on my calories, so that probably mitigates some of the effects.
I dunno why, but after I started cutting my calories, stuff like Soda doesn't hold any power over me anymore. Have severely limited my junk food, tried to cut calories, as well as trying to get calories that aren't empty (Meat is my favorite still).
Have lost a good 10 lbs if I remember the number correctly.
