bans are permanent but if they get in contact with a mod they can fill out a ban appeal form to be unbanned

Someone kicked can rejoin the server if they have the invite link, a ban means that discord account is unable to rejoin without contacting an admin and pleeding their case. Once a ban appeal is received, it is voted on by admins and mods.

The point of kicking is to slow down or discourage trolls by making them take extra steps and force legitimate users to read the rules again.

Could we enforce federally, a state level militia license? If the fact that a militiaman's right to own and bear arms shall not be infringed, we can use this as a license with no gun laws.

A secondary license per faction of gun is also mandatory as you dont wont someone to shoot a rocket launcher without knowing how.
The secondary license is only aloud after you have a militia license.

Normal people can still have guns the same way one for self defense. The militia license would be for national defense.

Requirements would be Strict background checks, involving not just the person in question like the normal one, but of close members that could seat the license holder or could be aloud small use of the more dangerous weapons as normal people are ok with putting their guns around their house or letting someone they know target practice with said weapon.

I think a militia is for the constitution and not for the government, so a literary test of knowledge pertaining to history and the constitution is also a high requirement.
