According to his theory orphans are not children @DannyNC1

2020-12-08 17:38:39 UTC

Right. It is delusional. You see, the thing is, once people legally permitted the abhorrent murder of children in the womb, all sorts of other insane things come along to prop it up, like this prevalent lie that has been pushed on people. To answer your question, one part of law recognizes an unborn baby is a real person, by charging 2 counts of manslaughter in said situation, but in another for reasons of convenience it is 'just a clump of cells.' Nazis went to absurd justifications for their abhorrent practices that if framed in objective situations would show what they really are.

2020-12-08 17:39:13 UTC

But, no, the law doesn't make sense on that, because they've left absolute moral standards for basis of law long ago.

2020-12-08 17:39:35 UTC

Exactly

2020-12-08 17:40:45 UTC

And another flaw with his theory... what about parents that kill their children

2020-12-08 17:41:52 UTC

Just because they didn't want their kinds doesn't mean that they aren't human

2020-12-08 17:42:17 UTC

Again, the moral standards--more specifically, the Judeo-Christian standards that the American government has been founded on, once they have been departed from, then it's like a moral Pandora's Box, to unleash all sorts of horrible situations for people to justify doing what they want.

2020-12-08 17:45:05 UTC

Thank you for agreeing with me

2020-12-08 17:45:22 UTC

I can't imagine a word without children

2020-12-08 17:46:00 UTC

And that is what's happening in our world right now

2020-12-08 17:51:14 UTC

Well, anyone grounded in how to properly assess things, more specifically, as I said, with Judeo-Christian values, will understand and agree. Once those are gone, anything is game. What really is the only reason we don't just kill senior adults or mentally disabled in euthanasia out of convenience? "Thou shalt not kill." Once that's out of the equation, then the practice Dems and Europeans have been wanting is fully acceptable (and already being used). Same with other things. Moral values are the checks to society from becoming paganized terrible places to live. If people are allowed to choose their values, anything is justifiable. Even cannibalism is justifiable to some people. But not with the Bible.

2020-12-08 19:12:32 UTC

It's terrifying but the left already used the logic that parents can kill their unborn children because they would have a hard life because of disabilities or even just economic hardships. As Zaley brought up, I unfortunately don't see it outside the possibility they orphans or disabled kids could one day could be put down for their "own good". You already have that example with the socialized medicine in the UK, were the government wouldn't allow the parents to take the kid out of the country to get a new treatments because they determined the kid should just be kept comfortable and be allowed to die even when a cure was possible.

2020-12-08 19:55:06 UTC

Wasnt the "Thou shalt not kill" quote actually longer, and something like "Thou shalt not kill without reason/needlessly/in cold blood"? or am I wrong? Because if someone tries to harm your family, harm you, or kill either... its justified to kill them in self defense.

2020-12-08 19:56:34 UTC

oh i know. i disagree with the line of thought. but it's a sentiment that they use to explain abortion

2020-12-08 19:57:11 UTC

Well it is incredibly invalid

2020-12-08 19:58:01 UTC

of course. it is an extremely calloused line of thinking.

2020-12-08 19:58:08 UTC

Because then if it were a valid statement then all orphans and teenagers would be killed

2020-12-08 19:59:10 UTC

there are very very very few circumstances in which abortion is justifiable. the vast majority of circumstances are wrong, unjustifiable, and could be avoided through self restraint and not being careless.

2020-12-08 20:00:45 UTC

again, i'm just playing the devil's advocate here: those that chose to go through with the pregnancy but gave up the kids for orphanage are irresponsible because they willingly let the kids suffer through the terrible system. (however, you can absolutely bring up the fact that they do/protest little to reform the orphanage system, comparing to killing their kids)

2020-12-08 20:00:46 UTC

You just need to look at how we continuously move the line of when a premature baby born is actually viable. Currently, we already had a 21-week 5-day-year-old baby survive and you can have abortions after that point still.

2020-12-08 20:01:12 UTC

00.1% of abortion is incest and they almost always keep the baby

2020-12-08 20:01:29 UTC

ha. at some point we will justified murdering of adults as "late abortion"

2020-12-08 20:01:43 UTC

isoboto brings up something I strongly agree with. The foster care/orphanage system is so fucking horrible... I wouldnt wish any child to have to go through that shit.

2020-12-08 20:01:45 UTC

Its just because people are inconvenienced by their responsibilities

2020-12-08 20:02:20 UTC

abortion is killing a baby while its still inside of it's mother... you cant abort an adult human being, or even a child thats just been born. that goes past abortion murder to just straight murder.

2020-12-08 20:02:31 UTC

Yup. And I am kind of perplexed that everybody agrees that the foster system is shitty, yet not many debate on how to fix it.

2020-12-08 20:02:45 UTC

@Wardog my family has personally tried to adopt 5 times and they refused because we were going to homeschool

2020-12-08 20:03:06 UTC

There isnt as much to debate about how to fix it, as there is on who is going to fix it, and how do we actually make change.

2020-12-08 20:03:25 UTC

for real? "homeschooling" shouldn't be a disqualified

2020-12-08 20:03:43 UTC

Im broke as fuck, barely scraping by on my own. What the fuck can I do about the foster care system? The things I do do are not contribute to the problem, and tell people about how horrible it is and make more people aware.

2020-12-08 20:04:08 UTC

true. but i meant as in somebody mentioned "foster care reform" as an alternative to "free-for-all abortion"

2020-12-08 20:04:09 UTC

Yep, while fostering, thild is still the government's responsibility which is why they require the public school over homeschooling but once the adoption goes through I believe you can homeschool. I know people at my church that do that.

2020-12-08 20:04:47 UTC

@isoboto well as much as it sucks... they are extremely rude to Christians and homeschoolers

2020-12-08 20:05:32 UTC

welp. not many "big name" charities are doing anything for these kids. usually it's the smaller, local charities that make impact. so maybe you can't help the kids now, you can do it somewhere down the line

2020-12-08 20:05:51 UTC

its just... The system is really fucked, its fucked for the poor children that have to go through that hell, its fucked for the GOOD parents who will give the child a life they deserve who arent allowed to adopt for a plethora of bullshit reasons, and its fucked because they let absolute scum adopt children and put them through even more hell than if they just stayed in teh system... there are shit stains out there who adopt a bunch of children for the checks so they can profit off them.....

2020-12-08 20:06:07 UTC

Christianphobia is a real thing: Change my mind.

2020-12-08 20:06:30 UTC

people will hate me for saying it, and I truly believe abortion is evil, but sometimes kids are better off not being born than going through that Hell.

2020-12-08 20:06:42 UTC

Im atheist, I think Christianphobia is real.

2020-12-08 20:06:49 UTC

I see it all over the place.

2020-12-08 20:06:53 UTC

This is extremely true a little company does more then celebrities

2020-12-08 20:07:16 UTC

Besides all the hoops you have to jump through to foster/adopt, I think one of the biggest problems is how expensive it is for some reason.
