then youre not basing it off a definition of anything just how you feel it is. You will be detained if you are a suspect and dont have identification. Thats just standard procedure, not to mention if theyre detaining you to figure out who you are they had reasonable suspicion to detain you for an investigation already.

sick thought - remove all gun laws from the books, when u arrest a criminal that has a gun, the criminal gets to keep the gun, but not the bullets
Gun laws, *all of them* are unconstitutional. I should be able to own any gun that I would like, just because I **can**, and I don't need some bureaucratic asshole telling me otherwise.
Making it illegal for felons to own guns seems like a viable gun law. Rights are tied to responsibilities after all.
Non violent felons should always have a way to earn them back
