Its faux pas to discuss their history. But it is actually intriguing
well they changed that stuff too....american news papers used the term 'nazi' first
The swastika was stolen. It actually means something different WAY before it was appropriated
was always a symbol of peace ...but to war mongers, it's offensive
lol
Yeah the swastika is one of the most misused symbols ever.
ya
wasnt it like buddist
or something
it's found in more buried history of nations than most programmed ppl what to know about
I thought that a native American tribe used it as well
Edit: nope nevermind
I think every major religion and group has their own version of it. Hell, the Finnish had it in WW2.
Except it was blue.
russia had the double lined cross
it's like normal cross but extra horizontal line
Huh
I think that might be an orthodox church thing
According to Wikipedia (so take this as you will) the swastika was Buddhist, among others historically, and was a symbol for spirit or divinity.
Eastern Orthodox Church uses the cross with the extra lines, both Russia and Byzantines used the symbol in their churches

Yeah it's really all quite interesting stuff isn't it?
History is like that. For instance, the original description for Mary meant more of along the lines of "young woman not yet menstruating."
"Land doesn't vote, people do" Is what someone said about the image. Which imo means that those that vote republican don't matter. The rural American towns don't matter. Only the democrat super-cities. Thank goodness there is a House of Representatives otherwise it'd be chaos
That's a lot of blue. Gross.
well the blue is the covid infection
the red is the cured
Sounds about right
if you find anything funny instead of saying lol just send this pic
i don't even know u long enough to meme it for ya
lol
ok, fast off the brain cells
