Lol it was more along the line of not really bothering to consider the distinction.

well actually the swastika in reference to german history..is to hitler's regime, the actual nazi's are still out there

Its still used by them.

2020-08-22 05:46:06 UTC

wait til u find out what nazi means

Well antifa not so much, thwy are incognito.

Nazi means "not the" yes?

2020-08-22 05:47:20 UTC

no, national zionist

Its had to understand German accents sometimes

2020-08-22 05:48:26 UTC

history got so corrupted over the decades...takes a true fan of history to notice the differences over the decades

At this point I can't tell of you're being serious or having a laugh lol

2020-08-22 05:49:36 UTC

serious actually

2020-08-22 05:49:54 UTC

I thought it was National Socialist.

Nazi actually translates to Nation Socialist

2020-08-22 05:50:17 UTC

Its faux pas to discuss their history. But it is actually intriguing

2020-08-22 05:50:40 UTC

well they changed that stuff too....american news papers used the term 'nazi' first

2020-08-22 05:51:15 UTC

The swastika was stolen. It actually means something different WAY before it was appropriated

2020-08-22 05:51:42 UTC

was always a symbol of peace ...but to war mongers, it's offensive

2020-08-22 05:51:48 UTC

lol

2020-08-22 05:51:48 UTC

Yeah the swastika is one of the most misused symbols ever.

2020-08-22 05:51:49 UTC

ya

2020-08-22 05:51:53 UTC

wasnt it like buddist

2020-08-22 05:51:57 UTC

or something

2020-08-22 05:52:26 UTC

it's found in more buried history of nations than most programmed ppl what to know about

I thought that a native American tribe used it as well
Edit: nope nevermind

2020-08-22 05:52:33 UTC

I think every major religion and group has their own version of it. Hell, the Finnish had it in WW2.

2020-08-22 05:52:48 UTC

Except it was blue.

2020-08-22 05:53:17 UTC

russia had the double lined cross

2020-08-22 05:53:43 UTC

it's like normal cross but extra horizontal line

2020-08-22 05:54:09 UTC

Huh

I think that might be an orthodox church thing

According to Wikipedia (so take this as you will) the swastika was Buddhist, among others historically, and was a symbol for spirit or divinity.

2020-08-22 06:03:13 UTC

Eastern Orthodox Church uses the cross with the extra lines, both Russia and Byzantines used the symbol in their churches

Its meant to represent the trinity, yeah?

2020-08-22 06:05:19 UTC

☦️

2020-08-22 06:07:11 UTC

Yeah it's really all quite interesting stuff isn't it?
