yENC is an old large file to text convertor for posting text on newsgroups ...some ng servers would only allow text only, no file formats
ppl that used to use the ngs for trading stuff would use yENC to transfer files between ppl online ...sometimes pics or movies or even mp3's and such...sometimes archives
@mathgrant if u have no votes...then they'd trace who voted on it...it only lists the first 3, everybody else isn't listed except as a vote yes or no
