Smokers, alchohol, drugs, obesity. People do what people want. There unfortunately is no way to 'cure everyone' without severely limiting people's freedoms

well...just do as the ds normally does to poison everybody...take out the poisons in our pleasures/foods/waters/medicines...and replace them with cures

I'd like to see less regulations across the board on Healthcare. At one point it was made illegal to purchase healthcare from across state lines. I do not know if this is still a thing, but if it is, that is number 1 something that I'd like to see taken down.

There's also all sorts of issues like different state's interpretations of medical practices. My memory on this topic is foggy but I remember reading in one state that Tanning Salons were treated differently in some states for reasons pertaining to medical training or something thereof. I'd have to do some research
