Is rule #15 really necessary? If a video in a meme channel is over 30 seconds what problem does that really cause? Just don’t watch it then if that’s all your attention span lasts. It would certainly cut down on the spamming of warnings and stop a potentially entertaining video from being removed. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@Ares One, I would argue that a meme over 30 seconds pretty much ceases to be a meme, it’s too long at that point. Second, and the main reason we actually enforce that, It’s because discord is very liberal and would love to shut down our conservative server. Since we cannot monitor videos that are over 30 seconds very easily, we might miss bad content in them and it could get our server shut down. The 30 second rule was actually suggested by Tyler himself and we just do it to make sure our conservative server does not get shut down by liberal discord. The reddit for Tyler’s Channel was already shut down and we really don’t want that to happen to the server. So it does kind of suck, but does that at least make sense? I hope I explain that well enough
