how did they get away with it?

2020-07-12 03:30:20 UTC

few yrs ago calif passed some strange laws for prostitution ....anybody caught under a certain age was declared not guilty automatically

2020-07-12 03:30:28 UTC

simply becuase they are young girls?

2020-07-12 03:30:41 UTC

and anybody caught with them were also declared not guilty

2020-07-12 03:31:05 UTC

simply because young was involved in a cash transaction for sexual services

2020-07-12 03:31:46 UTC

didn't say girls directly, said anybody under 18 were not to be charged

2020-07-12 03:32:25 UTC

Hmm... then how come teen boys who do nothing are still sent to jail yet and girls almost 20 don’t? This is in Cali.

2020-07-12 03:32:37 UTC

I’m in Cali.

2020-07-12 03:32:47 UTC

i guess the girls aren't much in demand in prison

2020-07-12 03:33:25 UTC

Or... this is “Gender Equality”...

2020-07-12 03:34:08 UTC

i have no clue....i don't even live in calif ..i just keep track of the weird law shit when i can

2020-07-12 03:34:17 UTC

lol

2020-07-12 03:34:49 UTC

I should be paying better attention to my state’s own laws.

2020-07-12 03:34:54 UTC

and these weren't voted on laws...they're court laws

2020-07-12 03:35:04 UTC

ya...u should

2020-07-12 03:35:11 UTC

Makes sense.

2020-07-12 03:35:12 UTC

real important

2020-07-12 03:35:24 UTC

also on hate crimes i wonder if they should really be there i mean

2020-07-12 03:35:34 UTC

they just slap "hate crime" on alot of things nowadays

2020-07-12 03:35:40 UTC

dig into ur township laws for constitutionally passed laws...and for ur state as well

2020-07-12 03:36:06 UTC

then look up all the non constitutionally created laws

2020-07-12 03:36:21 UTC

I mean if they commit a crime like vandalize a shop, they should be charged equally

2020-07-12 03:36:34 UTC

not if ones black or ones white decid on a longer or shorter sentance

2020-07-12 03:36:40 UTC

I’m in California. I’ll be reading a 22 part encyclopedia on my laws...

2020-07-12 03:37:25 UTC

im sayin this in a way of the people who make these laws are seemingly more left leening in places like Cali, so, could there be bias there?

2020-07-12 03:37:52 UTC

It would be longer than all the Harry Potter book times 9 to get through all the laws...

2020-07-12 03:39:44 UTC

well the constitutional laws would be a short list compared to the admiralty laws list(laws/ordinances of bs)

2020-07-12 03:42:06 UTC

some admiralty laws they/u might want to keep and transfer over to constitutional before full transfer to full constitutional only(voted on to keep)

2020-07-12 03:42:37 UTC

theres a reason why states have their own sc ...as well as all of usa having a national sc

2020-07-12 03:42:50 UTC

they're for constitutional laws

2020-07-12 03:43:33 UTC

and alot of times cases get thrown out when they're in sc case status....because they're unconstitutional cases

I think trump is gonna lose this election pure because of corruption from the left :/

2020-07-12 18:00:20 UTC

Either way we’re screwed because the two options are: 1) Trump loses due to corruption and the dems get in power and 2) Trump wins and the left throws a bigger fit than they ever have before (believe me, it’s possible) and we have something way worse than these riots to deal with
There’s also the possibility of another civil war
Gosh, I’m so glad my family moved to the country

2020-07-12 18:00:34 UTC

some states will enter real civil war if voter corruption happens

2020-07-12 18:00:47 UTC

True

2020-07-12 18:01:25 UTC

but mostly to overthrow their dictatorship mayors and govs that they voted out of office but didn't get voted out

2020-07-12 18:01:34 UTC

because of said corruption

2020-07-12 18:02:43 UTC

voting them out of office is only 1 path of many of the process to remove the corrupt...recall is another..but u need grounds for removal such as abuses of civil rights/constitutional rights
