The watermark if it does exist only matters if fake ballots were printed.... from most of the evidence so far, the mail in ballots were real ballots but mass produced, and stockpiled from returns because they were sent to a wrong person, address etc. The post office had loads of them and the whistleblower inside the post office said that they all got back dated and sent through
Its also hard to prove all of the trump ballots that got thrown out. Everyone that voted for trump has to go online and make sure their vote was counted. If it wasnt then you have to make yourself heard.
The only way to have a real honest election would be to redue the whole thing and make it in person with legal photo ID and have poll watchers witnessing
