There is literally, no such thing as an "irrefutable evidence". People can adopt rescuing devices dictated by their worldview. What we need is evidence certified beyond a reasonabld doubt. That's how courts have operated.

For the sake of argument, let's say the legal team does lay out their "irrefutable evidence", and the Supreme Court favors Trump's case. That is no guatantee the media will accept his victory. Their worldview dictates how they interpret the evidence. Also, caring what the MSM thinks about anything is cringe and gae.
