The Democrat voters won't pay for the "Transition"
Cause Biden and Harris betrayed their voters
Wait what does that mean
The Twitter link posted above
I’m not a constitutional scholar, but would a military tribunal court be even above the SCOTUS? Her being a military capable lawyer is no coincidence. 🤷🏽♂️
We all know the military is very powerful
And the military loves Trump
No.
could the military court be used to get the case to SCOTUS quicker?
So we're at "war" with the deep states,?
I mean, eh...military court probably isn't the best path...it is more for military/criminal purposes. Anything brought into a military court for he election would be tossed back into the normal US court system.
Trump made the elections a matter of National Security. National Security =Military actions.
He also specifically said in the 2018 EO that foreign election interference was an Extraordinary Violation of National Security. 😎😎
It’s coming. Biggest military sting operation in history.
Yes, but National Security doesn't fall into the jurisdiction of the Military Courts.
No but TREASON during a time of “war” would 🍿🍿🍿🍿

I hate to be the person to just give a source without just explaining it, but I'm at work, and this gives a pretty good explanation regarding what Military Courts have jurisdiction over. I believe you are greatly mistaken about the purpose of those courts.
?
Have we declared war?
When are we not? Think war on drugs. Words have meanings.
Navy here, Military Tribunal is a on the spot trial instead of going through the steps of a courts martial. Either way a military court is only for violation of the UCMJ and can only be used on military members.
Aside from that we are in military operations all over.
Thank you @EnragedHurdyGurdy
They mean actual war, not side quests
@EnragedHurdyGurdy <#743681899456626743> if you'd like to get verified and be given a role for navy.
@Froski I'm an old salt and all this fancy technology is new to me, I have no idea what's being asked for in <#743681899456626743> I'll take the tag though if I can get it explained.
I'll move to DMs.

I know the UCMJ. Former USMC here. Now this states of the federal level jurisdiction is currently busy, “fill a gap “ , wouldn’t that gap be filled by a tribunal? Where have all the SCOTUS Justices been REASSIGNED to?
The second highlighted area is only to show it can be used on civilians. It’s relevant
Or by civilian accompanying the armed forces over seas.
The Supreme Court Justices have been reassigned to different Federal Circuits, as they are constantly in rotation. The Federal Courts are not "too busy" which is the argument that seems to make.
The President of the United States or "POTUS" functions as the head of the United States federal government. The president directly oversees all agencies of the executive branch of government and is considered the commander-in-chief of all branches of the United States Armed Forces.
military
(8) The term “military” refers to any or all of the armed forces.

(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;
.......
(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
Wait, although we suspect Trump is playing 4-d chess with an EO from 2018, it may also happen that this EO was just designed for another threat, and not related to the Biden fraud, even if backed by China and Iran, and not intended for use today. Maybe this EO is a false lead, and all we really have is just a lot of fraud.
This instance I’ve provided isn’t linked to today current situation. I’m only pointing out that, to my untrained eyes, I see that when there’s a gap at the federal jurisdiction level that a tribunal may be considered. Same with the second part. Not related to our current situation, but it does point out that tribunals can and have been used on civilians during times of war.
