I’m not a constitutional scholar, but would a military tribunal court be even above the SCOTUS? Her being a military capable lawyer is no coincidence. 🤷🏽♂️

I mean, eh...military court probably isn't the best path...it is more for military/criminal purposes. Anything brought into a military court for he election would be tossed back into the normal US court system.
Trump made the elections a matter of National Security. National Security =Military actions.
He also specifically said in the 2018 EO that foreign election interference was an Extraordinary Violation of National Security. 😎😎

I hate to be the person to just give a source without just explaining it, but I'm at work, and this gives a pretty good explanation regarding what Military Courts have jurisdiction over. I believe you are greatly mistaken about the purpose of those courts.

Navy here, Military Tribunal is a on the spot trial instead of going through the steps of a courts martial. Either way a military court is only for violation of the UCMJ and can only be used on military members.
Aside from that we are in military operations all over.

I know the UCMJ. Former USMC here. Now this states of the federal level jurisdiction is currently busy, “fill a gap “ , wouldn’t that gap be filled by a tribunal? Where have all the SCOTUS Justices been REASSIGNED to?

The Supreme Court Justices have been reassigned to different Federal Circuits, as they are constantly in rotation. The Federal Courts are not "too busy" which is the argument that seems to make.
