So if the head SC said it’s fine, it’s fine. They won’t take a case after the election saying “well we didn’t like this either” when they had time before the election to make a case against it.

acb didn't know each state's own constitutional laws on election process, on a national scale, that is needed when making a final decision and she was legit in not deciding on something she wasn't fully versed in

However it's isn't her circuit

but like every other case brought before the national sc, it can be redecided at any time in the future

so once she's fully versed on the subject materials ..she can decide at a future date once it returns to the national sc for review

@metallica846 the ruling was a 4 to 4 deadlock and was stated that it could be brought to scotus at a later date

the national sc may be the final court..but it doesn't mean everything stops there once decided at one time..it can be brought up for review repeated number of times til somebody decides to put it into constitutional law

Scotus votes on which case they want to hear 4 votes to see it gets the case accepted
