we are basically a better governed/structured version of the EU. States can seek constitutional remedy from the feds against other states.

God bless Texas…this is the most cogently argued case I have seen. Deals solely with issues of law and they appear to have as a state a direct path to the Supreme Court. This might be the case the Supreme Court is willing to use to reverse what happened. if trump wins he should continue filing lawsuits in states and doing audits so we can se the real results
because if trump wins through HoD or by getting rid of the electoral votes in those states the libs will be crying about how trump didnt actually win and how the HoD and electoral college should be abolished
