Wait so the case immediately went to SCOTUS?!?!?

2020-12-08 20:57:00 UTC

because its states suing states

2020-12-08 20:57:25 UTC

Penn's response doesn't even address the charges levied in the Texas suit. Read both to understand.

2020-12-08 20:57:44 UTC

where can we read the texas suit?

2020-12-08 20:58:07 UTC

Here

2020-12-08 20:58:14 UTC

wait

2020-12-08 20:58:20 UTC

which cases are going to the scotus?

2020-12-08 20:58:29 UTC

The one that Texas just filed

2020-12-08 20:58:36 UTC

for dominion?

2020-12-08 20:58:57 UTC

Against the swing states

2020-12-08 20:59:12 UTC

To invalidate fraudulent ballots

2020-12-08 20:59:16 UTC

Well the results

2020-12-08 20:59:49 UTC

page 8. this really stuck in my mind after reading the complaint. "...Voters who cast lawful ballots
cannot have their votes diminished by states that
administered their 2020 presidential elections in a
manner where it is impossible to distinguish a lawful
ballot from an unlawful ballot ..."

2020-12-08 21:01:35 UTC

so texas filed but that means that now the scotus is voting on the key swing states?

2020-12-08 21:01:45 UTC

Where can I see on the SCOTUS website that Texas case will be heard?

2020-12-08 21:03:44 UTC

The way I read the Texas’ filing is, other states’ voters cannot have their vote diminished by (...). => Could it happen that SCOTUS invalidates the 4 states, but that the vote doesn’t go to HoR, and we only retain the votes of the properly elected part of the electoral college?

- Is going to HoR mandatory if 1 state is invalidated?

- It would be a powerful message to electors of the fraudulent states : « Your vote cannot count because the governors you’ve elected are not mentally capable of organizing an election, so we’ll just listen to the votes of ~500 other members of the electoral college instead of 587. And by the way maybe please get rid of your governors if you want your vote to count next time. Just saying ».
