Including Hawaii? And DC (which I realize isn’t and shouldn’t be a state)?

2020-12-13 22:05:44 UTC

Dude, that's exactly what I'm reading about now.

This is going to make some stomachs sink

2020-12-13 22:14:15 UTC

bloody, 'el.

2020-12-13 22:14:34 UTC

This good or bad?

2020-12-13 22:15:05 UTC

Very good

2020-12-13 22:15:28 UTC

Unless she didn't commit election fraud, which I highly doubt

2020-12-13 22:16:58 UTC

Says she did. In 2018.

2020-12-13 22:17:17 UTC

About right length for a criminal investigation

2020-12-13 22:25:05 UTC

Honestly it seems over
I know they divided texas lawsuit in lower lawsuit
But seems sketchy

2020-12-13 22:25:47 UTC

Is there lawsuit in all the needed state ?
Or did the dismissal of the one of GA by the SC of GA killed hope in GA?

2020-12-13 22:26:00 UTC

Like idk how in GA they don't see the evidence of fraud

2020-12-13 22:26:45 UTC

each of the 4 states are caught with fraud ..but each with a different kind of fraud ...so each case must be handled differently, not as a whole for all the states involved

2020-12-13 22:26:51 UTC

@Pal3Rid3r wtf is gitmo lmaoo

2020-12-13 22:27:06 UTC

How did they loose in GA? Its the most obvious
Did they show the video?

2020-12-13 22:27:06 UTC

military prison based in cuba

2020-12-13 22:27:15 UTC

And they looses in circuit court in WI

2020-12-13 22:27:30 UTC

They can just appeal it, they are prohibed to do another one of the style

2020-12-13 22:28:50 UTC

Weird how we own a little sliver of cuba

2020-12-13 22:29:00 UTC

I wonder what’s the history behind that

2020-12-13 22:29:01 UTC

well constitutional election laws have to be interpreted properly for each case, texas lawsuit was broadband against 4 separate cases...not defining to each case except for the fraud ....it has to be more fine tuned to each case involved for sc to even look at it

2020-12-13 22:30:03 UTC

TX was not dismissed on merit but lack of standing
So they didnt look the proof

2020-12-13 22:30:09 UTC

Since the problem with the Texas case is that Texas doesn’t have ground to argue it

2020-12-13 22:30:21 UTC

It has to be an offended party

2020-12-13 22:30:28 UTC

Like trump or the legislature

2020-12-13 22:31:01 UTC

It’s a future vacation spot for a lot of people. Permanent vacation. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

2020-12-13 22:31:08 UTC

discrediting the value of other states isn't enough of a standing for the sc

2020-12-13 22:31:25 UTC

Yeah I know it’s bs

2020-12-13 22:31:42 UTC

Oh

2020-12-13 22:32:01 UTC

It should definitely be fixed after this though

2020-12-13 22:32:06 UTC

the problem is texas needs a more seasoned constitutional legal team to argue this

2020-12-13 22:32:34 UTC

Yes

2020-12-13 22:32:45 UTC

The TX case is good. They just need to re word it. It’s solid.

2020-12-13 22:33:01 UTC

Texas probably would have gotten it if they had a constitutional scholar look over it

2020-12-13 22:33:06 UTC

one of the sc appointees was from texas..that didn't get selected to be sworn in

2020-12-13 22:33:12 UTC

But besides that the argument is gold
