But they’re are also dueling electors

Combine that with the issue that there are dueling electors from several states and yeah it’s not that simple

This is not a simple election

With contested electors and suits still being done, the safest thing for Pence to do is to not count the stated that are still being contested, which leaves both Biden and Trump with less then 270 electoral votes, which leads to a contingent election,with the house of delegations
