alt media is mostly those that monitor all platforms of 'news' or 'media' ...and offer up their own versions or interpretations of the op'ed media

I purely watch him for entertainment. Not learning anything new from Tim.

2020-12-31 05:27:58 UTC

True enough.

2020-12-31 06:20:41 UTC

So what would this mean for the Obamas?

2020-12-31 06:42:34 UTC

Would that be enough for treason charges?

2020-12-31 07:34:36 UTC

If biden wins...yeah right. ๐Ÿ™„

2020-12-31 07:43:29 UTC

lol

2020-12-31 12:49:34 UTC

also if that school has cameras, it negates the 'privacy' section of that law because there is no privacy when theres cameras in the building

2020-12-31 12:49:54 UTC

therefore it was legal for the child to record

2020-12-31 13:05:25 UTC

Schools have a "No Phone" Policy

2020-12-31 13:46:32 UTC

no phone policy <:dogekek:726878872607653918> nobody is going to ever take these kids phones away from them

2020-12-31 13:47:21 UTC

Well she is both in the wrong and the right

2020-12-31 13:50:44 UTC

And a no phone policy is that she can't have her phone out or on at least if it's on then keep it on silent

2020-12-31 13:51:19 UTC

The teachers can take the phone away if they hear or see it till a parent comes and gets it

2020-12-31 14:15:06 UTC

lol alrighty

2020-12-31 15:18:28 UTC

@Dank_Furry_Pirate: Schools and Teachers recieve their funding (school funding and teacher salaries) from Federal and State (and possibly local) taxes. This, by definition, makes them Public Employees, just like police. They have no right to "Expectation of Privacy". Period. Just thought I'd point that out to you.

2020-12-31 16:06:35 UTC

I assume that only applies to public schools since as far as I know private schools do not have the same funding (if they do I have problems with that, but thatโ€™s another issue). Not disputing your point, as it makes sense. Just clarrifying something for myself.

2020-12-31 16:36:57 UTC

I have a revolutionary and radical solution to that; teach your kids yourself.

2020-12-31 16:55:55 UTC

@StoryGirl83, yes, I was referring to Public schools. I believe that many "Private" schools also recieve some Federal funding as well, but I am not certain of that point, nor would I know which ones do vs don't. As a side note: I believe that ALL Colleges in the US recieve Federal (and in the case of Oklahoma, State) funding as well as private funding via donations and tuition. I live in Oklahoma and know that our colleges (OU, OSU, and others) recieve State funding. I don't know about other States. There is something in the Oklahoma State Constitution that when an Oklahoma College recieves a private donation, the State must match that donation in ADDITION to the College's normal State budget.

2020-12-31 16:58:48 UTC

This became problematic when, a number of years ago, T. Boon Pickins donated several hundred million to OSU at one time. Imagine all that in Taxpayer money having to be diverted just because of that clause. There was a HUGE clamor about it throughout the State.

gee, i wonder why
