Tim doesn't think he's that smart, he just calls things the way *he* sees it, and he has a different perspective. Overall his content isn't that bad, and he's not trying to declare himself unbiased- He will outright admit that he has a lot of left leaning viewpoints, going so far as to call himself a social libertarian with left leaning fiscal politics.

I honestly listen to more of his stuff than not, partially because it's convenient to put on in the background and is overall simple and compact content a lot of the time, and partially because the IRL shows are funny enough to listen to. I value hearing somebody elses' opinion, especially when it conflicts with mine, but in Tim Pool's case it's also important to hear from somebody on the left who's not a rabid, all black clad, molotov heaving, eye bulging psychopath, otherwise the entire American Left becomes nothing but "The enemy".

There are *reasonable* Democrats still. As much as I disagree with Andrew Yang, he was the one to turn and say "Hey, we're becoming the party of the Coastal Elite..."

I believe that was projection, this makes it more difficult for us to say Russia helped them hack the 2020 election, which is just a little conspiracy theory of mine after seeing what Putin says about the Democrats and Biden.
