oh yeah i 100% believe it. I too am a scientist. Got my first bachelor's in anthropology. Much of that science brings these things up.

I think one of the best lessons comes from Eckhart Tolle. At one point in his life got so bad he said I dont want to live with myself. Who is the I that doesn't want to live with myself? The the I is the unifying consciousness in everyone, and the myself is the ego, the thing the tv and the deep state systems have created to make us that think we're separate from each other
