i have these and a tent/ shelter
no guns, as i have no licence lol
That's where I want to get with my bag too, that's next level
thanks π
most of the stuff i got them on amazon on pretty good prices
even Scho-Ka-Kola works really well when hiking
Do you have a book in there? Like a basic survival book that talks about knot tying, shelter buiding, etc?
i have bushcraft 101 and how to build and furnish a log cabin
i also plan to get The Lost Ways by Claude Davis
I'll have to check those out
lots of mecical plant to use in the wilderness
@Tyler Zed most of electronic stuff i have are solar/ USB recharbable via a solar powerbank
Dang... everyone here is so prepared. I've always wanted a bugout bag, but I am definitely not on that level. I'm majoring in Recreation Management (at a conservative university, no brainwashing for me!) simply for the wilderness survival classes
survival skills are very useful
even for daily life
That's awesome Evelyn, do you know what you want to with that after school?
and yeah, pretty cool π
i even own a few flags, for allies to notice me lol
U.S. x2, Old red ensign (Canada), France x2 and the Don't Tread On Me
I'd like to just know the skills, but as a career I'd actually like to be a screenwriter. I'm not majoring in it because my college doesn't offer it as a major and I'm not going to a liberal school for that, so I'm basically starting small and writing stories on my own. But the skills I get in my current major are really good, the classes that aren't about wilderness survival are about running a business so it's very useful information
I am not going to @ zed but, if you do see this, What would you put in a rookie bugout bag?
They sell pre-made bugout bags
Really? Where at?
> Hi zed!! Iβm a big fan!!! Love your vids!
@Walkamollee Hey thanks! I appreciate it!
@Billy. the list i also followed https://www.skilledsurvival.com/free-bug-out-bag-checklist/
Also, what type of training would you suggest for survival?
> I am not going to @ zed but, if you do see this, What would you put in a rookie bugout bag?
@Billy. Good question. I ask that all the time haha. Something to eat for sure, some money and some first aid. That's all i have for you haha
@Tyler Zed it is a crazy world! Leftists really are getting out of hand π π€

@Evelyn S. πΊπΈ 1,000 words a day. That's how you become a writer. The most important thing is developing the discipline to sit down and do the work everyday. If you haven't yet, read stephen King's "on writing"... many other books i could reccomend too, but that should give you some inspiration for a while

@Walkamollee That they are... A lot more good people and sensible people in the world than there are crazies though, at least I like to tell myself that
About writing, how would one write a song like Johnny, Waylon, Kris, and will?
@Tyler Zed That's what one of my friends who has gotten his short stories published in various magazines told me. I've been pretty busy the past couple of weeks, but when things settle down for me I'm definitely doing that. In the meantime, I've been trying to make sure I at least write *something* everyday, even if I can't make it to 1000 words every time
@Tyler Zed liberals are ruining where I live with there radical policies! I have hope that things will get better!

@Evelyn S. πΊπΈ Good to hear! The hardest thing to do is be disciplined about it, that's why most people fail at it
@Tyler Zed oh and i also have a Bible in my bag
Thatβs the most essential item
the best thing to bug out in is a 4x4
little bit of solar, diesel engine which can run on waste vegetable oil (WVO conversion - easier than you would think)
