I went to Wall Street during quarantine and it was so empty itβs really sad to see this.
Also here is a glorious dinosaur
Photo credit. Photo taken at my church in Sun Valley. https://constitutionalrightspac.com/articles/judge-grants-california-church-trial-to-defend-constitutional-right-to-worship
Photo credit. Photo taken in Burbank, Ca. The guy looked concerned that I was taking his photo as i got off the off-ramp. I waved $5 at him and he quickly got up and took it. I don't like taking advantage of people. He was happy. https://invisiblepeople.tv/how-much-do-panhandlers-actually-make/
did you take these pics
Yes.
nice
Thanks. My photos are used on more than 300 different websites.
ooh
do they pay you for them?
Mostly are free. They are attribution only. I was paid for one and I was offered money for others but I turned them down. I take photos as a hobby. If I had more professional gear and had lessons then I would probably take advantage of it.
I post my photos on www.flickr.com and through that site I'm able to get a lot of offers and my photos have been on websites, Youtube videos, college sites, etc.
interesting
so basically you take stock photos right?
I was paid $300 for this photo from Dodger Stadium. Musco Lighting company liked my photo and used it in their promotional material.
but thats a cool hobby, lots of my friends are into photography, but im too broke to afford a camera lol
http://www.flickr.com is a photo sharing site. I just post photos for fun on there and I tend to get various people using my photos. I never plan on it.
you do take some good photos
what do you typically look for
to take photos of i mean
Thanks. It has required years of practice. I don't claim to be a professional. I just live my life and I happen to carry a camera with me wherever I go. When I see something that catches my eye, then I lift up my camera and take a shot. I never know what the results will be until I look at my photos on my computer. I then use Photoshop and http://www.topazlabs.com filters to make my photos more appealing.
makes sense
i know a bit more about photoshop than taking actual photos lol
i have no clue about angles and stuff
That's great. I wish I was more of an artist. People that know how to draw can be great at photography. Editing is half the battle.
It's easy to learn. Composition is important. Watching videos on composition and general photography can help a lot.
I got my degree from Youtube. π
haha
anyways it was great talking with you and keep up the great work!
Thanks. It was a pleasure to answer your questions. Good Night!
good night
