@humbug Cleveland's part of Lake Erie looks a lot better than the Detroit area that I'm used to. It actually looks nice.... and not toxic.

I would be too. Thankfully, I don't live in Detroit anymore.My parents moved to South Carolina, and I now live in Utah.

I’ve been thinking about traveling to the far west, seems like such a beautiful place with all the national parks and all.

If you do, stay in Cedar City, Utah. It's an hour from Zion NP, 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon NP, about 1.5 hours from Arches NP, 15 minutes fromCedar Breaks Nat. Monument, and 30 minutes from Red Cliffs Nat. Conservation Area and Pineview Nat. Forest... And I want to say about 4 hours from Grand Canyon NP or Park City, depending on whether you go north or south.

It's a great central hub for visiting national parks.
