I really only watched Captain Marvel because I thought I would need to for Endgame. But it wasn’t that good. I feel like Wonder Woman was too hyped up for me before I saw it, and then it was just okay.
I think the things that save Wonder Woman is the pure love and joy the titular character has and the historical setting. The plot gets iffy and the villains are sort of dumb once you turn eighteen and realize how silly they were but I have to admit, she's adorable while maintaining the "I can break your face if you hurt people" sort of fierceness to her
I hesitate to even use the word adorable since she's a fully capable adult woman but when it comes down to it, she has a huge heart which is something her brief appearances in animated movies never sold me on
Yeah. I don’t know. To be honest, I didn’t really like her character that much. But I also only saw it once and don’t remember much. I did like the historical setting, though.
yeah. the story itself is hold together by Dianna's personality and her relationship with steve, but outside of that it's a somewhat cartoonish story (which is fine)
you ever see Charlie's Angels 2019? God it was awful. I watched the first half because i've faith in Kristen Steward (faith that is rapidly depleting), but couldn't make it. had to binge the old CA triology to cleanse my eyes
Moment she ate ice cream and was filled with joy at the sight of a baby, I was sold. Call me simple, but there's something to be said about a film that reminds us of the beauty all around us. Maybe that's just me self projecting, but holy cow do we take our world for granted
So, I feel that instead of R2 and Luke in Mandalorian season 2, it should have been Luke and four year old Ben Solo. And Ben could have said, "Come with me, Grogu. I'll protect you.... *Until the end...*"
